Warranty
We do our best to make sure our products arrive in good condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of the discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Complaints
It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you notify us of complaints by emailing us at [email protected]. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to sign up for dispute mediation by WebwinkelKeur/ValuedShops via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
